Systems integration - automating the work between your tools

Store, payments, courier, ERP and AI stop being separate browser tabs. Below are the connections we have already built.

Amazon + Linnworks

Selling on Amazon alongside your own store means holding two stocks, unless both read the same source. Linnworks is where the stock lives; an integration keeps listings, orders and despatches moving through it without anyone opening Seller Central.

Claude + HubSpot

Claude reads the data in HubSpot and says what to do about it on the sales and marketing side: it goes through whole pipelines, finds patterns in customer behaviour and proposes a direction. Its long context window lets it take in a lengthy contact history in one pass.

HubSpot + Slack

Sales and marketing activity from HubSpot shows up in Slack channels, so the team does not have to go and look for it. New leads, closed deals and contact activity arrive on the right channel automatically. HubSpot tasks and deal stages can be changed from Slack without leaving the conversation.

HubSpot + Mailchimp

HubSpot holds the contact data, Mailchimp sends the campaigns, and there is one list rather than two. Contact lists, segments and campaign results stay in step on their own. A marketer builds a Mailchimp campaign on behavioural data from HubSpot without moving anything by hand.

OpenAI + Slack

An OpenAI assistant sits in the Slack channels where the company already asks its questions. People can ask, draft and analyse without leaving Slack. GPT models process the messages and answer with the context of the thread, as it happens.

Pipedrive + HubSpot

Data moves both ways between Pipedrive and HubSpot - during a migration, or when two teams sit on two different CRMs. Contacts, deals and activity history cross between the systems without anything being dropped. It earns its keep during a migration from one CRM to the other, and when teams merge after an acquisition.

Sage + Making Tax Digital

Making Tax Digital is not a form to fill in, it is a rule about how the figures reach the return. VAT records have to be kept digitally and moved between systems by digital links, which rules out reading a total off one screen and typing it into another. The integration builds those links between whatever holds the numbers and Sage, which files.

Salesforce + Slack

Work on Salesforce deals moves into the Slack channels the team is sitting in anyway. Since Salesforce acquired Slack the integration covers native Salesforce channels and full access to CRM data. A team can run a deal, share pipeline updates and change records without leaving Slack.

Shopify + Stripe

Payments in Shopify run through Shopify Payments, which in practice means Stripe's infrastructure: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the rest. Shopify Payments removes the need for an outside gateway and comes with competitive rates. For a store selling internationally it is the least complicated way to take money.

Shopify + Xero

Shopify records the orders, Xero keeps the books, and between the two there is usually a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds at month end. An integration posts the sales into Xero with the right VAT rate on every line, and reconciles the Shopify payout against the bank feed.

Shopify + Royal Mail

A Shopify order becomes a Royal Mail despatch in two steps nobody should take by hand: create the shipment and print the label. The integration does both when the order is fulfilled, sends the tracking number back to the customer, and builds the customs data for anything crossing a border.

WooCommerce + Stripe

Stripe adds cards, SEPA transfers, Apple Pay and Google Pay to a WordPress store. Merchants selling across borders choose it for support for more than 135 currencies and for Radar, its fraud system. The Stripe plugin for WooCommerce processes transactions without a gateway in between.

WooCommerce + QuickBooks

QuickBooks wants sales documents and payments, not WooCommerce orders, and the gap between the two is what somebody retypes every month. An integration creates the document with its customer, its lines and its VAT codes, records the payment against it, and keeps the product list in step.

WooCommerce + GoCardless

Direct Debit is the cheapest way to take a recurring payment in the UK and the slowest to tell you it failed: Bacs settles over three working days and reports a failure after the fact. An integration takes the mandate at checkout, collects on schedule, and moves the order only when the money has actually cleared.
