Cheaper than a software house
There is no sales floor and no tower-block office to carry, so neither is in your quote. The people who priced the work are the people who do it.
We build SaaS platforms, CRM systems, online stores and integrations. A straightforward site is yours in days, a larger system in two to six weeks.

A registered limited company, VAT invoices, an NDA signed before the first line of code. Once the invoice is settled the code and the rights are yours, at no extra charge.
This firm started in QA, not in marketing. Automated tests and code review come before every release, because we do not know how to work any other way.
The six things we do most often. If yours is not on the list, write anyway - it usually takes one conversation to work out.
From the first working version to a multi-tenant platform with payments, an admin panel and an API. We start from what has to work in the first month, not from the full wish list.
Tell us what you want built Termin from 3 weeksFor when the subscription to an off-the-shelf system costs more than writing your own, or when the company has to be bent around a process that never fitted it.
Compared with off-the-shelf systems Termin from 2 weeksA company site or a landing page in days, a store in weeks. Fast, indexable, and without a stack of plugins to patch six months later.
See the work Termin from 3 daysFlutter or React Native: one codebase for iOS and Android. A test build reaches your phone before anything goes near a store.
See the work Termin from 3 weeksShopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Slack and eighty-odd others. Usually the point is that somebody stops retyping the same data by hand.
The integration list Termin 2-5 daysNot a chatbot for the sake of a chatbot. We start where somebody at your company is doing the same thing for the hundredth time, and count what that costs per year.
Uses by industry Termin 3-7 daysWe pick tools to fit the problem, not the other way round. The full list, so it is clear what your team will be working with afterwards. Integrations already built
Four stages. After each one you know what you are getting and when.
Half an hour on what it should do and who for. You leave with a feature list, a date and a price range. Free, and with nothing to sign.
Screens and flows come before code. We keep correcting them until you agree to the whole thing, because the same changes cost many times more later.
We work in weekly slices and show a working version after each one. Tests and code review travel with the code, not behind it.
Production launch, monitoring and training for your team. For thirty days afterwards, fixes are included.
In an AI demo somebody turns one dial and everyone is pleased. In production that dial decides whether the system is fit for an invoice or fit for a brainstorm. Move the slider and see what changes.

The default starting point for assistants and support chatbots. The answer reads naturally without drifting off the facts.
The demos open in a new tab and work - no mockups. Internal systems that cannot be put on the public web are shown as screenshots from a running instance. For each project we say how long something similar takes to build.
An app that writes personalised songs for any occasion using AI. Lyrics and music generation, Stripe payments, web and mobile. More than 1,000 tracks generated in the first month.

Take the auditWeb, mobile, AI and DevOps run in parallel here. The store, the phone app, the warehouse integration and the server it all stands on do not have to be four contracts with four suppliers who point at each other the moment something breaks.
Calling this a technology studio is a decision rather than a prettier word for agency. What has come out of it is more than 85 integrations already built and AI work across fifteen industries, so we rarely start from an empty file.

VOXQUARTZ SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. - a company on the Polish register
Each of these makes sense in a different situation. The neighbouring columns stay general on purpose, because agencies and freelancers differ from each other more than they differ from us.
| Kryterium | Software house | VoxquartzSystems | Freelancer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Usually the highest - the structure is in the rate. | Lower than a software house: a small team with no corporate overhead. | The lowest, though the spread between individuals can be several times over. |
| Who writes the code, and who you talk to | Contact through a project manager - you rarely speak to the authors. | You talk to the person who designs and writes it. No layer in between. | One person does everything - as long as they are available. |
| Contract, VAT invoice, NDA | Full paperwork, which is standard at an agency. | A limited company, VAT invoices, an NDA signed as a matter of course before we start. | Anything from a VAT invoice to a contract for specific work, depending on how they trade. |
| Automated tests and code review | Yes, to the extent the contract says. | Automated tests and code review before every release - this firm grew out of that. | On a small budget, the first thing to fall out of scope. |
| Source code and copyright | Transferred on the terms in the contract. | Once settled: the full code, the repository and the economic rights. Nothing tying you to us. | Yes, but get it in writing. |
| Support after release | A paid SLA package. | 30 days of free support after release, then a maintenance package or ad-hoc work. | No guaranteed response time - as much as they have free. |
| Escrowed settlement through Useme | Not applicable - you settle directly with the company. | Available: a verified contractor profile on the Polish freelance platform Useme, 100% positive reviews, no disputes. | Available, if the contractor has a profile there. |
Reviews from Useme, left after a completed job. We do not collect them ourselves and we cannot edit them.
A thoroughly reliable and professional specialist; working together goes smoothly and without friction. The job was delivered on time and as agreed, and communication at every stage was quick and to the point. (…) Working with him gives you the feeling that everything is under control. Highly recommended.
Highly recommended. Smooth collaboration, with care taken over every detail. Certainly not the last time we work together.
All of them, with dates and ratings, are on our Useme profile.
The questions we get most often. If yours is not here, ask it in the form at the foot of the page.
A straightforward site is delivered in days, a week at the outside. A web application or the first version of a SaaS platform is usually 2-6 weeks. Larger systems, custom CRMs and multi-tenant platforms we build in stages, so the first working version reaches you in weeks rather than months. The date is calculated before we start, so you have it before anything begins.
Fixed price or time and materials, depending on the project. Before we start you get a quote broken down by stage: design, code, tests and release are in it, and nothing else appears along the way. Our rates are lower than a software house because in a small team there is nothing to add to the hour.
Yes, as a matter of course, before work begins. If your legal team has its own template or additional requirements, we will work to it - the contract is signed by a limited company, not a private individual.
For 30 days after release, fixes are included. After that, either a maintenance package with monitoring, updates and fixes, or ad-hoc work when something comes up.
For a first version, most often Next.js and Supabase: quick to start, cheap to run. For mobile, Flutter, because one codebase serves iOS and Android. For AI projects, Python with the OpenAI or Claude API. These are starting points rather than rules; the actual choice comes out of the first conversation about the project.
Alongside sites and applications we build systems integrations - WooCommerce with Stripe, HubSpot with Slack - AI implementations across a dozen industries, and custom alternatives to off-the-shelf products like Shopify or Jira.
The technology studio VOXQUARTZ SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o., a Polish limited company (KRS 0001250570, VAT PL1251811506). It grew out of more than a decade of the founder’s work in quality engineering and full-stack development, which is where the tests and the code review before every release come from. We build large SaaS platforms and custom CRMs as well as ordinary company websites - cheaper than a software house, but with a company’s contract and invoice behind it.
Yes. Once the invoice is settled you get the full source code, the repository and the economic copyright to the software you commissioned. No surcharge, and no clause tying you to us: you can carry on developing it with anyone.
On fixed price, payment goes by stage: a deposit to start, the rest as each part is accepted. On time and materials we invoice monthly for hours worked. Always against a VAT invoice; if you prefer, settlement can go through Useme.
Within 24 hours you get an email back and a proposed time for a consultation - up to half an hour, by phone or online, free. You come out of it with a proposed scope and an initial quote. Only then do you decide whether we work together.
Describe the project in a few sentences - that is enough for us to know what we are talking about. We answer within 24 hours, usually sooner. If you would rather check the order of magnitude yourself first, there is the scope calculator.
