Size the work, then check your readiness for AI

The first question on every first call is what it will cost. "It depends" is true and useless, and a price range written by somebody who has not read the brief is worse than useless. So the calculator works out what can be worked out without a conversation: the effort and the schedule for a web application, a shop, an admin panel or a SaaS platform, given the features and the scale. The price comes in reply to a description, within 24 hours, before anything starts.

The second question comes up more and more: does AI make sense here at all? The readiness audit is ten questions about processes, data and people. At the end you get a chart of where you are strong and where you are not, and a short list of what to do - where AI would take real cost out, and where it is not worth starting yet.
