Which currencies can Stripe settle in?
Stripe accepts payment in more than 135 currencies and settles to a bank account in any currency it supports in your country, euro and pound included. Standard fees for European cards are around 1.5% plus a fixed amount per transaction.
Do I need PCI DSS certification to use Stripe with WooCommerce?
No. With Stripe Elements the card details are handled on Stripe's servers and never pass through the store's own server. A simplified SAQ A questionnaire is enough.
How do recurring Stripe payments work in WooCommerce?
It needs the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin alongside Stripe. Once configured, Stripe takes payment at the defined intervals and WooCommerce manages the subscription statuses.
