Which languages does the bot handle?
Every language the GPT models handle well, which covers all the major European ones. The system prompts are written in the language of the team, so the answers come back reading naturally rather than translated.
How is the data between Slack and OpenAI protected?
Communication runs over encrypted HTTPS. Data sent through the API is not retained by OpenAI beyond 30 days, and sensitive fields can be filtered out before anything is sent.
